Success is always described by the old as something relevant to patience. In the picture, a man sits with a dozen of clocks around him. Beside him is the subtitle saying that "success means persisting five minutes more than others". We can infer from it that the man sets these many clocks just to remind himself that he should never give up.
It is very true that success derives from persistence, for which there are several reasons. Firstly, no accomplishment can be achieved in a short time, and success asks for continuous industrious work and efforts. Secondly, when one is able to insist in stepping towards achievement, he must believe what he dedicates to. This belief is the source of persistence that paves the way to success. Thirdly, just as the saying goes,"Rome was not built in one day".
To conclude, I would like to borrow another ancient saying that "he laughs best who laughs last". Laughing symbolizes the confidence for success, and confidence always yields patience and insistence. Hence, I firmly believe that if everybody applies what the picture conveys into actual practice, they will surely reap alot.

We often hear people say, “Never give up.” These can be encouraging words and words of determination. A person who believes in them will keep trying to reach his goal no matter how many times he fails. Benjamin Franklin once said,”Great works are performed not by strength, but by perseverance.”From the remark,we can infer that,of all the advantageous characteristics, perseverance plays a crucial role in one’s success.
Remember that year, I bought a bike, but I can＇t ride a bike! Mom seems to understand my thoughts, gently to me：＂tomorrow I＇ll show you to your square, teach you to ride a bicycle.＂＂Good!＂I＇m happy to reply.
The next morning, my mother and I went to the square. Mother let me push this bike, and look for the feeling, I have to not boring to walk cycles. Fifteen minutes passed, and my feet really acid! I want to back down. Well, learn the bike how so difficult, it is better not learn! At this time, my mother said to me＂：well, quite good!＂Listened to mother＇s words, my heart is light suddenly full of confidence. Mother then began to lecture,＂learning bicycle, the most important thing is to keep the car balance, otherwise the car like a no head of flies, left, right. Didn＇t walk a few steps, I already fell off. My knees hurt, out of the red blood, looking at this bright red blood, I can＇t help but shed a hot tears, his mouth still keeps saying：＂I don＇t learn, I don＇t learn! After listening to his mother, to longly say to me：＂do what matter as long as perseverance, perseverance, perseverance will be successful. Like what you do is always fall by the wayside, how can success？＂Listen to the mother＇s teachings I have the confidence again, two days before, I had learned to ride a bicycle, but most importantly, I learned to insist on.Now I see them as my motto, adhere to is victory let it remind me to do anything as long as perseverance, perseverance, perseverance will be successful.
Nothing can be more exciting than success to a man.But you must face many difficulties before you can succeed. No one can make it easily. And it＇s harder for those who are in adverse conditions to succeed. However, everything has two sides.Just as someone said, in every adversity there lies the seed of an advantage and in every defeat there is a lesson showing you how to win the victory next time. The most important focus is to establish a brief, that is perseverance. The British ex-prime minister Winston Churchill had a motto of＂Never, never, never, never give up .Nothing can substitute for hard work. Life is a process of struggle for success.

Gardens Are Not Made by Sitting in the Shade, which can be expressed as follows;Rome wasnt built in a day!
To take English learning for an example.Like building a house, it takes some time. Laying a strong foundation is the first and most important step. You must build your strong English foundation by learning beautiful and useful words as well as sentences. In other words,The road to true success is never smooth or easy. Only if you practice every day can you make it.
However, many work by fits and starts. Those have no perseverance to study, work, being interrupted. They can finally succeeded nothing because they cannot insist for a long time.
In short, it is important that we make unremitting efforts when working for our goals. Whether we succeed in the end or not, we will learn something, and what we learn will help us to become better, more confident people. Furthermore, if we give up, we have no chance of attaining our gardens, flowers and fragrance.
