Life is a process of growing up. Saying goodbye to childhood，we step intoanother important time of life‘the youth’ver，who can really say what the youthis ? A period of time? A belief? An attitude to life? Or anything else? We don’tknow.
A famous poet said ‘ youth is a lovely song，where nothing is impossible ;youth is a meaningful book，you’ll be never bored of it ;youth is a rapid river，it keeps on flowing day and night ;youth is a cup of tea，it shows youdifferent kinds of tastes in your life. ’
As youth is so precious，of course，we must treasure it ’t let the limitedtime pass by，leaving nothing of significance to our future. Actually，youth hasa lot to do with our future. It’s necessary for us to prepare ourselves well forthe future to e. So，what should we do? Here，I’ll point out some tips to helpequip ourselves
First of all，recognize the direction of your future. In other word，thinkof what you’d like to be some day. A teacher ? A doctor ? A writer? Don’t afraidof thinking big and great e you are young，you can dream of doing anything andbeing anyone in the future
What’s more，never ignore the power of knowledge. Read more books andtravel around. For one thing，it can increase your knowledge，for another，it’llbroaden your horizon.
Last but not the least，stick to your dream. It easier said than done.After all，future is not all roses. So，we should have enough courage anddetermination to overe all the difficulties.
I firmly believe one sentence that‘If you think you can，of course youcan!’Just believe we can make it! Keep on walking towards our dream. Flyingyouth，master our future. From today，from now on，from Middle School !Ready ?

I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .
I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i gotmy bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 20xx.
I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquiredbasic knowledge of my major during my school time.
In July 20xx, I begin work for a small private company as a technicalsupport engineer in QingDao city.Because I'm capable of more responsibilities,so I decided to change my job. And in August 20xx,I left QingDao to BeiJing andworked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because Iwant to change my working environment, I'd like to find a job which is morechallenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the mostfrom working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reasonwhy I comehere to compete for this position.
I think I'm a good team player and I'm a person of great honesty to others.Also I am able to work under great pressure.

Today I’m glad that I’m standing here talking to you all. All in all，as if our emotions become much stronger，somehow we’re always trapped in circles and struggling against something thatcan’t be changed anyway. We complain about how fragile our friendship is，howlittle people know about us，how unfair the life is，etc. It seems that everytime we fail，we blame it to the tough conditions we’re in，while never notice aproblem inside ourselves，that we’re never satisfied. Let’s just imagine that there was an old lady. What she sees was herneighbors’ being mean again while not how kind they were when they took care ofher sick body. What she saw was her dog’s annoying barking while not how muchloyalty it had shown.What she saw was always so depressing that it finallyturned her into an unpleasant person. Think about how our life would be if westand in her shoe. Why don’t we focus our attention on how much we’ve already got in stead?You know it’s really simple to do as there’s a tremendous amount of examples.Like the popular Jetpack Joy Ride on your Iphone，you can enjoy it whenever youlike，whereas in some poor area people don’t even know such thing as Iphone. Actually we should be thankful about the richness we’ve got，thankful thatwith each sunrise taking place we don’t need to starve to call it a day，thankful that the people we love are still in health，that we still got much tohold on. As a saying on website，” The world is tough，but I’m tougher.” Whatdoesn’t kill you makes you stronger.
